Demo & replace cap, remove dead flu, power wash, 1 new ceramic tile flu liner, & a new stainless steel cover.

Complete tear down & rebuild, poured concrete cap, & new flashing. This chimney also has a new stainless steel flu liner installed by another company I work with on a regular basis.

 Tear down to roof & rebuild with new concrete cap. This chimney has an option I offer (a stainless steel multi flu cover)  which is more expensive but is a good look. Feel free to inquire about this product.

Tear down approximately 250 brick and rebuild with new concrete cap.
