Jeff Grubb Masonry History

I began working as a mason tender in 1987, taking the leap to start Jeff Grubb Masonry in 1996. Over the years I’ve received more and more requests for chimney repairs which has allowed me to carve out a niche repairing and rebuilding chimneys. As the years have passed I’ve constantly improved my product focusing on the concrete cap, which lasts much longer than the traditional mortar cement cap. The cap allows moisture in when it deteriorates and causes deterioration from the inside from freezing. I also provide the traditional types of masonry work. I do many foundations for additions and garages for homeowners looking to improve their existing property. Working with a one-man business means that you are dealing with a the mason who is also the owner. No middleman. You have my attention and communicate with me while the job is being accomplished.
